I'm interested in feedback regarding choices and preferences about voice chat. Currently, Pearl's official choice is the Eximius Gaming Teamspeak server (hosted by Minetown/Enjin). However, there are other options for members to chat with each other.

I have added a poll that I believe hits most of the big options, plus the obligatory "Other" and "None" choices. I'd appreciate if everyone both submitted the poll with their choices and gave a reply with more information about personal preferences (what programs, features, etc that make a chat more/less appealing).

 

Currently I don't use voice chat for the simple reason that I have no friends to voice chat with, lol. I'll be happy to see the outcome of this poll and would definitely participate in any upcoming group chat conversations. Voice chat in Ateph could be pretty awesome, I believe.

true don't use vent much use team speak 3 more but i haven't used any team speaks in along time

 

I say voice chat is bad, just bad, it is too much like talking of the telephone (something I dislike doing).
The real reason voice chat is bad is everybody will know I sound like a 12 year old girl (which might challenge my ego and masculinity). Otherwise I can pretend that I sound like Michael Clarke Duncan.
