    Tutor(top)

    Junior Guide. Assists members most directly, providing information and ensuring other staff are alerted to issues. Has no moderation responsibilities.

    Scout(top)

    Elder Guide. Provides support to members, works with other staff to meets needs of members. Has some moderation capabilities.

    Officer(top)

    Moderator. Leads players to appropriate behavior, investigates issues, and handles more advanced player problems. Has full capability to deal with problem players.

    Guardian(top)

    Administrator. Supports other ranks and takes care of advanced server tasks. Has ability to modify many server properties to improve player experience.

    Archon(top)

    Owner. Acts as lead representative for Pearlmc, enables staff to serve the community, and handle all types of server tasks as needed.
